Banco de España and the Instituto LENI (Polytechnic University of Valencia) developed a methodology for conducting innovative perception studies of cash based on the application of neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Miguel will explain how Neurocash® leverages cutting-edge technologies to study users' biometric responses. Using AI-based algorithms, these responses are analysed to generate neuro-metric indicators that assess visual, emotional, and cognitive impact, in addition to security perception. More importantly, he will discuss the advantages of Neurocash®, including its design, security, quality, rapid and cost-effective prototyping, counterfeit resilience assessment, and evaluation of communication campaign effectiveness, among others.
